London, UK – 12th August 2025 – Allocatr, the Microsoft 365 license automation platform, has today announced the successful close of its pre-seed funding round, raising a total of £750,000. The round closed on 7th August 2025 and marks a significant milestone for the company as it prepares for full-scale product development and market expansion.
This funding round, which saw a blend of strategic angel investors and sector-focused backers, validates Allocatr’s mission to streamline licensing, automate reconciliation for billing and optimise costs within the Microsoft ecosystem.
“We’ve been overwhelmed by the level of interest and belief in what we’re building,” said George Adams, Founder and CEO of Allocatr. “Raising three quarters of a million at this stage not only validates the size of the problem we’re solving but gives us the foundation to scale the product, the team, and our relationships with global MSPs. This is just the beginning of our journey to modernise how Microsoft 365 is managed and monetised.”
The capital will be used to finalise the platform MVP, expand the development team, and fuel strategic integrations with industry leaders such as ConnectWise, HaloPSA, and N-able, as well as accounting packages like Xero and QuickBooks. Early focus on driving adoption across the UK will expand rapidly to include EMEA, US, Canada and APAC MSPs.
