1. Service Terms

Some software or services (the “Subscription Services”) are governed by additional terms agreed upon in an Order Form. These “Service Terms” prevail in case of conflict with these Site Terms. If no additional terms apply, these Site Terms govern.

2. Rights

Allocatr grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Sites as outlined in these Site Terms. Allocatr reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Sites without notice.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Content: All content is owned by Allocatr or its suppliers and is protected by IP laws. You may not copy, alter, reverse-engineer, or resell any content without permission.
• System & Statistical Data: Allocatr may collect usage and diagnostic data, including personal data, and process it in accordance with GDPR using safeguards like pseudonymization.
• Customer Data: May be used in anonymized, aggregated form for analytics and marketing.
• Feedback: Any feedback you provide becomes Allocatr’s property with no obligations to you.

4. Trademarks

All logos and brand elements are trademarks of Allocatr unless noted otherwise. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may temporarily access Microsoft 365 information to provide services but do not store such data unless explicitly stated.

6. Communications

By using the Sites or contacting Allocatr, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You can opt out at any time via email or the unsubscribe link.

7. Access and Security

To access certain features, you must authenticate using Microsoft 365 with appropriate roles. No login credentials are stored. You are responsible for maintaining your account security.

8. Free Trial Services

Allocatr may provide access to services on a free trial basis, which may be terminated at any time.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Sites unlawfully or harmfully. Prohibited actions include unauthorized access, harassment, spreading malicious content, or impersonation.

10. Developer Tools

Use of APIs, SDKs, and other developer resources is restricted to building applications for use with Allocatr products. Competitive use is prohibited.

11. Communication Forums

Forums must be used respectfully. Don’t post content you wish to keep private. Participation may be terminated at Allocatr’s discretion.

12. Notice and Takedown

If you believe content on the Sites infringes your copyright, email us at legal@allocatr.io with the relevant details. We may disable accounts of repeat infringers.

13. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post but grant Allocatr a license to use it. You are liable for ensuring it does not infringe others’ rights.

14. Termination

Allocatr may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, access to Services stops and all Allocatr materials must be returned or destroyed.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Sites are provided “as is.” Allocatr disclaims warranties and limits liability to £1 or the amount paid to use the Sites—whichever is lower. Allocatr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

16. Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites are provided as a convenience. Allocatr does not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content.

17. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Sites and not to export restricted information unlawfully.

18. Governing Law
